How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $20.

Use code FREESHIPPING at checkout.

Standard shipping is $2.2o Australia wide.

Express shipping is $9 Australia wide.

How long does shipping usually take?

  • Standard Shipping: 3 - 5 Business Days.

  • Express Shipping: 2 - 3 Business Days.

Please note these shipping times are dependant on Aus Post, check the most up to date postage estimates here.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped within 5 business days of receipt.

What if there is a issue with my order?

Please send an email with your order number (this number will be in your email confirmation) and a description of the problem to hello.elks@gmail.com and we will be in touch as soon as possible.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time we do not offer international shipping.
